How to Order

Getting Started
We've selected the best from our brochure to create a great range of products that you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We hope that you'll find using our website quick and convenient. And you can trust Class Ideas to guide you safely through the online shopping experience, because your privacy and security is extremely important to us. These features will help make your experience even easier:

Home page link: You can get back to our home page at any time by clicking on the 'Home' link at the top of the screen or alternatively the click the Class Ideas logo at any time.

Navigation bar: We have conveniently categorised our products in to sections which we use consistently in both our website and brochure. The sections are displayed on the main horizontal navigation bar near the top of the screen directly under the Class Ideas logo. Use can either click on each tab to see a visual representation of all the products contained in that section or can hover over the tab to activate a drop-down menu listing the product type in that section. Clicking on an item in the list will either take you directly to that product or a page where you can choose between variants of that product type. You can also switch between associated products directly from the product page using the links under the heading 'Also available'.

Search box: The search box is always on the top right-hand side of the screen. You can search by keywords such as the product type, or the product code if you know it.

The Footer Bar Navigation: This contains links to consumer service subjects, social networking and supplementary information.

Personalisation of items: Certain items throughout the Class Ideas website have the option for you to personalise the item. Items that can be personalised are identified through additional personalised data input fields being shown on the product page.

If you wish to take advantage of the personalisation offer please input all the information you require before placing your item in the basket. The data input fields shown refer to the typical information that is applied to that particular product, however other/different information can be provided in the 'comments' box if desired. Your personalisation will be added exactly as you type it, so use CAPITALS only where you intend them and check your spelling. We will email you a proof of your artworked personalisation before printing your order. Amendments may be charged extra so please check thoroughly.

Placing your Order: Once you've found the product(s) you would like to order and have added them to your basket, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the 'View Basket' or 'Checkout' links at the top of your screen. At the checkout, you can review and amend your order details on the Order Summary page. When you're ready to complete your order, click the "place order now" button, enter your payment details and wait for an online receipt. You'll also be sent a confirmation email with details of your order shortly after we've received it. Your confirmation email will have the subject line 'Thank you for your Class Ideas order'.

If you are paying by credit card you will be taken to Sage Pay, our payment clearance/collection house, to complete the secure payment process.

If you haven't completed your account details previously, including your delivery address, you will be asked to do so during the checkout process.

If you haven't received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, or your products have not been delivered within the timescale expected, or you have any other questions, then please contact us on 077 9336 7296
